Come and join us to start your running journey. Working with qualified run leaders we will take you through a progressive programme of walking and running which will hopefully give you the fitness and confidence to run 5K in around 11 weeks. Suitable if you are a complete beginner or returning to running. Our run leaders will support you on your journey to get moving throughout the year. You will be encouaged to do 2 sessions at home each week and you will also be invited to attend a parkrun with your group at the end of the programme to celebrate your achievement. Once the course is finished you will be able to continue your running journey with Bishop Bounders.
