FREE Dash for Fitness Virtual Monday "Night" Run (or run/walk or walk), using our "Dash for Fitness" WhatsApp group. Either do an individual Virtual MNR (including on a treadmill), anytime between 5pm on Sunday and 11am on Tuesday; or do the Virtual MNR with the Dashers who gather by the Kings College Cafe car park at 6.30pm on Mondays for an informal group MNR along Broadwood Ave. Either way, please post details and photos (ideally in your Dash for Fitness kit) of your MNR on the WhatsApp group, so it can count towards the number of MNRs you've done, and as a way of motivating and encouraging one another.
