We’re a friendly, social 5k women’s running group for the over 16s  based in the beautiful town of Lewes. Our aim is simple: to create a safe, supportive, and confidence-boosting space where women of all paces can enjoy running together. Whether you're brand new to running or a seasoned regular, you’ll find a warm welcome and plenty of chat along the way.

We meet monthly on the second Monday of the month setting off from different scenic spots around Lewes to keep things fresh and fun. The run is always free, and the vibe is relaxed — it’s all about community, not competition.

To make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe on our routes, we kindly ask that no dogs or buggies join the run.

Runs are led by qualified and insured Athletics Coaches and Leaders. We are supported by Lewes Athletic Club
