Our half marathon training sessions on Sunday mornings , an 8 week programme starting at 6.5 miles and working up to 11.25miles before race day. Run leaders will be availabe to support you, but it is a non-stop run without regroups.
Please arrive promptly to sign your car in at the machine inside the sports centre, there can be a LOT of traffic with the rugby club and the car boot sale.
We ask for a £1 donation each week to pay for the run leaders we are training in 2026 and to continue to offer all our other runs free of charge.
You must book in on a weekly basis as these runs are very popular
