SUPER THURSDAY CLUB RUNS, offering various runs from the same location, all led by qualified Run Leaders, and lasting approx 60 - 65 mins PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR RUN ON THE DAY 5k - Aimed at beginners and those wanting an easy run. Offering walk breaks and loop backs. 4m - ‘Just keep moving’, for those able to run 5k and who want a non-stop run to build themselves up. Pace between 10-12 min miles. With lots of loop backs for faster runners. No one gets left behind. 8k - A run for those improvers who can run and who want to extend their distances. Pace is around 10-10:30 min miles. Hills or Speed Training (alternating each week) - This is a training run targeted at anyone who wants to improve their speed and endurance, no matter their current level, as it is about Individual best efforts. We will do Balkerne Hill repeats, and speed sessions around Mason Road.
