Join us for a Sunday Trail run from Highwoods Tesco (By Click & Collect) at 9am These runs will vary in length between  approximately 5-8 miles long and follow paths as much as possible away from main roads, including meadows, field edges and trail paths and quiet country lanes towarards the North & North East of Colchester. The run is designed to be a chatty friendly, social run on a Sunday morning. Nobody will get left behind.
