Notes from the run leader

This run is aimed at runners wanting to run at faster pace than a lot of our other runs. We'll be picking the pace up a bit, aiming more towards 9 minute mile/ 5:30 min km.

In the Autum/ winter we meet at Trumpington Community College and in the latre spring/ summer we meet at Trumpngton Meadows Primary School and run around the roads and trails of South Cambridge/shire. In the wimter and early spring high viz vest is essential and a light if you have one (optional). We aim to to run in lit areas but there may some areas that may be unlit and some footpaths may be uneven/gravel in both winter and summer.

We are a member only affiliated running club. You are welcome to try out three of our sessions before chosing to join us. membership is £20 a year core membership.
