Notes from the run leader

We will have a rotation of speed sessions suitable for all abilities from experienced runners to first time speed demons. The sessions will be challening but fun and be assured you go at your pace! As is our ethos, our sessions will be welcoming and instil a sense of team work and cameraderie! We will also be coaching you technique, drills and seeing where we can help you improve as runners!
