Aiming to improve your running ability no matter what your current level is, the Stadium Runners Development Sessions will help you to run more efficiently therefore making running easier, make you more resilient to niggles and injuries by improving the way you move, and challenge you occasionally to be comfortable with being uncomfortable which we know is important in order to see improvements in race performances or during other challenging runs. The content of the sessions will include running form work and technique drills, mini circuits developing strength, mobility and co-ordination, with some hard work included in the form of our usual track or loops out on the roads. 12-17 year olds are permitted to take part as pay as you go runners. They must be registered on RunTogether by a parent/guardian who must be a member of Stadium Runners. The parent/guardian must also participate in the session and will be responsible for the behaviour and welfare of the 12-17 year old.
