Join us as we take you through the popular Couch to 5k running program.
As a beginner, we shall get you to run a 5km (3.1miles) by alternating walking and running over 8 weeks.
We use the NHS C25K program, which we encourage you all to download. We shall take you through 2 runs a week and, we would like you to run a third during the week, making sure you have a recovery day inbetween,
Why do it as a group you may ask
Increased motivation, building a supportive community and a safe environment to run in. But also the social aspect, meeting new people and building frienships.
