We will do a variety of interval, threshold and conditioning runs aimed at improving your aerobic fitness and muscle endurance. The sessions are designed to challenge you from your own start point; we will use defined sections of the Thames Path so we can stay together whilst running at our own paces. You should be able to run 5K non-stop and be comfortable running alone if there is no one else running at your pace. During winter months, runs will be contained to parts of Thames Path that are well lit, though we recommend wearing hi-vis or a headtorch. Please note that we meet at the Tin Men (next to House of Denna) at 6:30pm where the session will be explained prior to a prompt start at 6:35pm. The meet point is best accessed on foot /cycle (there is a place to lock up your bike) or via public transport though there are some public car parks nearby.
