CLUB MEMBERS ONLY. If you are new you can have a 4 week free trial, please email thamesmeadrunninglcub@gmail.com Blow away the weekend cobwebs, and top off your week with an enjoyable distance run, taking in the Thames Path sights, on the south and the north side of the river! This convivial, social, standard paced run on Sunday mornings. The group starts at 08:30am and meets on the Thames Path, by the children’s play area, Lytham Close SE28 8QH. You must be comfortable running in excess of 10km at around 6 min/km pace, our Sunday distance runs can go from between 15km - 25km. Please ensure you are suitably dressed and hydrated (or bring hydration with you)! PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE ABLE TO RUN THE DISTANCE SELF SUPPORTED IF NEEDED.
