Back for 2024 our 5km, 10km and Family Mile runs

An enviable, beautiful, riverside, paved, fully off-road race alongside nature in South East London, going along the Thames Path from North East Thamesmead, through to Woolwich Arsenal and back.

Including chip timing, finishers medals, bag drop, marshalled course, free parking, use of permanent indoor toilets, aid station, first aid and lots of fun.

Meeting point is Sporting Club Thamesmead SE28 8NJ where free parking, lockers and toilets are provided. It is then a short walk to the start line.

Family Mile

A 1 mile family Fun Run along the beautiful Thames Path supported by our volunteers and marshals. Join the route of the 5km and 10km runners. Medals available. No minimum age to enter (Each child must have own entry registered). Children remain under the care of their parents/guardians at all times.
