Notes from the run leader

A walking session where we focus on fitness. This is definitely not a ramble but is suitable for most abilities. To work on fitness we utilise the hills of Wellington Heath or surrounding areas, varying speed and incorporating arm work. A great way to build up fitness and also the opportunity for those wishing to start/return to running after an injury or training break. Please be sure to wear suitable footwear as we walk on a mixture of terrains.
