Delighted to say Gillian who completed the couch to 5k course on wednesday completed todays 5k Parkrun in 41:50, a fantastic achievement.

Also a special mention to our previous graduate Gail who completed her first 5k Parkrun on Christmas Eve in 42 minutes and has gone on to run it in 29:50 last week, phenomenal.
