VPRC are hosting their latest couch to 5K course. Under the stewardship of our qualified Run Leaders, participants will gradually increase their running capacity from short runs through to more sustained running periods before completing the course with a 5K run.
The course comprises of two Run Leader led sessions on a Sunday morning and Wednesday evening followed by a third weekly session that is completed by the participant.
This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome 2026 with a worthwhile resolution that occurs in a supportive environment where you will achieve tangible weekly goals with the ultimate outcome of running a 5K distance at Warrington Parkrun.
