This is a dedicated and specific free running development session for Junior / Youth Cyclo-Cross athletes and enthusiasts. The session will focus on running technique and fitness development to prepare for, and excel at, Cyclo-Cross. It will identify with specific drills and skills relevant to Cyclo-Cross terrain, and enable fitness development opportunities to complement pure cycling ability. The location will be Stanborough park, Welwyn Garden City, which is used for Cyclo-Cross events. Notes: Athletes must be at least 12 years of age; Sessions are limited to 6 participants; Use of cycling shoes is optional, but to start with, suitable trainers should be worn; Use of cycles is also optional.
