Autumn beginners over halfway

The Autumn Beginners group are over halfway through their 10 week course and going from strength to strength. This morning, they dodged the horrendous downpours and ran for 3 sets of 10 minutes at a time. They are so positive in attitude, and are all seeing their fitness dramatically improve. Even better, every single one of them is still going!
