I have a UK Athletics LiRF and CirF qualification and I am an endurance trail runner.

I have completed various distances and ran Marathon and Ultra Marathon distances.

I am the Race Director/Organiser for The Rathfinny Run.

I have completed the UK Athletics safeguarding qualification and I am currently Club Welfare Officer for Seaford Striders.
