I have been running for many years but only got into long-distance running after meeting Jon Errington. He coached me for my first 50 mile race and I loved it. Since then I have done about 120 marathons and ultras, including 10 marathons in 10 consecutive days. I’ve also done several Ironman triathlons. Jon gave me the confidence to achieve more than I ever thought possible and so now I coach others to achieve their goals. I am a qualified personal trainer (level 3) and believe strength training is vital for runners. I'm always happy to give advice to our runners.
