Interval training in the Park
Suitable for all abilities and open to all.
Led by our coaches, the session lasts 1 hour consisting of a structured warm-up, a main set and finally a cool-down with stretching. The main set lasts ~40 minutes and consists of sets of short intervals lasting from 1 to 5 minutes of varying intensity with rest/recovery in between. The set will be explained at the session and varies from week to week.
We charge a small fee of £1 to help cover the costs of coach accreditation. You can pay £1 in cash on the night (to the coach or treasurer), or online by debit/credit card when registering. If paying on line the price is £1.30 which includes an additional 30p to cover processing fees which we are charged by Stripe. Thank you for supporting the session!
