2 Groups in Harling Beginners and Intermediate

Alongside our Intermediate groups on a Saturday morning and Monday evening we also welcome beginners and those putting their running shoes on after a break.

All our sessions last up to 1 hour and include warm up and cool down. We are a small, inclusive, social group and go at your pace - so always happy to make adjustments as we go.

Where? East Harling Sports Field, Church Rd (opposite East Harling Church), East Harling, NR16 2RB (floodlit when the nights drawn in).
