Cumberland AC Learn to Run Group 1

Cumberland AC started a Learn to Run Group in Workington in 2013.

The Learn to Run Course takes place every January and is designed to help people to become fit whatever there abillity.

This year 2023 the Run Course will take place in September.

It is an eight week course for people who have never ran since school or wanting to start running again after a very long spell off.

Depending on numbers the sessions will be split up into three groups this year with at least 1 Run Leader and some Run helpers in each.

The maximum will be 25 runners per group. Total 75 Runners.

The Cumberland AC Learn to Run Group won the EA North West Region Group of the Year Award in 2016
