Fylde Coast Jolly Joggers

We are a ladies social running & walking group located on the Fylde Coast in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.  A very friendly, supportive group who love a good chat!  We are suitable for all ages and abilities and regularly run Couch To 5K programmes throughout the year.   We have female RunTogether Run Leaders and do a variety of route options to suit runners needs ranging from 4K  upto approx. 10K.  The emphasis of the group is to get outside into the fresh air, get some exercise and enjoy yourself - it is not competitive at all!   The group enjoys taking part in local charity fun runs/walks  but these are optional!  Please get in touch if you would like further information.
