Group Runs

We offer group sessions for all levels of abilities and agilities from beginners to those training for marathons, ultra marathons and other running based activities. Our goal is to be a community of runners, where everyone feels included, with the emphasis of having fun and building friendships as well as getting fit, staying healthy and continually developing into the best runners we can all be.

Our Run Start Programme is ideal if you are just getting started (or returning to running after a break) its an 8 week course, similar to the couch to 5k programme. These courses run throughout the year during the day times, evenings and weekends.

When you have completed a Run Start programme you will be ready to progress onto our Social Runs which and are around 5 to 7km and take place on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm.

You can also join our Next Steps Programme which is perfect if you want to progress on from our Social Runs or Run Start Programme.  The 8 week course takes you up to being able to run a 10km distance with ease. These courses run throughout the year during the day times, evenings and weekends.

For those of you who are training for a half marathon, join our Half Ready Programme, which are weekly long runs (between 10km and half marathon distances) these runs take place on a Sunday morning, starting at 10:30am and run throughout the year.

If you are already a regular runner and want to improve your techniques and increase your running knowledge, then why not join one of our SkillsDrills and Hills sessions which take place once a month on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. These sessions are a mix of running, learning new skills, practising running drills and the occasional hill.  

On request we also offer Personal Run Coaching and for those training for marathon distances we offer our Full On Training Programme.
