Monkey Runners

Adult running group based in Monkseaton for all running abilities.  Each session is different and adapted to the abilities of the runners.  We have a group of leaders who take the sessions to add extra variety.  We aim to provide a fun, friendly and safe environment for everyone to enjoy running all year round.  We are affiliated with North Shields Poly.  Each session costs £2 unless you are a member of North Shields Poly and then the sessions are included in your yearly membership.

Ideally we like runners to be able to run for 10 minutes continually before coming along to our sessions.  You can use the NHs couch to 5km app to help build up to this level.

Please register on run together and book onto our sessions in advance.  No need to email for permission to join in but we are happy to answer any questions.  We have a facebook page and group too.
