This is an adult running session for those who can comfortably run 5Km between 20 and 40 minutes. Each session is different and focuses on areas such as hills, pace, and form. The session lasts 30 minutes and we ask you to warm up with a 5-10 min run before the start of the session. We ask you to meet in different groups depending on your 5km time. We will post a map for the meeting points for each group on social media https://www.facebook.com/MonkeyRunners: Group A under 28 min 5km Group B 28-30 min 5km Group C 31-32 min 5km Group D 33-35 min 5km Group E 35-40 min 5km A run leader will meet and lead each group on the night. Please remain socially distant throughout the session, especially when waiting at your groups meeting point as we may need to reallocate groups depending on numbers.
