Move, Walk, Run! with Nutrition on Track is a supportive and relaxed trail running group for ladies. All our sessions are for anyone who can run 5k at any pace, and we run regular courses for complete beginners too. Please contact me to decide which is right for you.
Our sessions are in the glorious countryside on trails or paths around Princes Risborough. We are a friendly bunch all suporting each other at many different levels, whilst working on improving fitness and our running and would love to get you started!
Whether you are just starting out, building your running for your first event, or an experienced runner just wanting some company we are here to help.
All sessions are led by experienced Run Group leaders qualified by England Athletics.
