North Herts Road Runners

North Herts Road Runners are a friendly running club based in Letchworth Garden City.  We have run several successful beginners groups using the couch to 5 km national programme with many participants becoming members of the club and establishing our wonderful purple group. 

We cater for runners of all abilities and offer 4 training groups every Tuedsay and Thursday evening: blue, green, yellow and purple groups.  All our coaches and leaders have Britsh Athletics qualifications, Leader in Running Fitness or Coach in Running Fitness, and our Lead Coach, Karen Dodsworth, is an Endurance Event Group Coach.  We have the knwledge, experience and enthusiasm to take you from your first steps in running to any exciting running challenge you wish to tackle! 

We meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.00pm  at Mrs Howard Cottage with free parking in the car park.  Sessions are fun and varied and you are guaranteed a warm welcome.  We also have a track session on Saturday in Stevenage and members organise Sunday long runs .
