Park View 4U Run Group

We are a friendly mixed social run group that normally meet on most Wednesdays 10.00 am at Park View 4U cafe in Queen Elizabeth II Playing Fields, Lytham St Annes, FY8 4JE.   However, due to current restrictions, we are moving the starting points for our sessions to different points around Lytham.  Please see the run sessions for details.  All our sessions are free.

We organise a range of sessions including Jeffing (run/walk/run), runs of 5-10km and a walking group where possible.

All abilities of runners are welcome to join us.
