A 8:30am session to improve your core and balance, We will finish by 9:40am in time for the runs, Jeffs and walks at Park View 4U for the 10am start. Suitable for all abilities including walkers, jeffers and those returning from injury. Please bring a mat or towel to lie on. It will include an introduction to breathing techniques, joint mobility, stretching and balance. Please book your space on this session. There is a £2 charge to cover costs. Thank you.
