Couch to 10K - Ladies Only
Our supportive, no-pressure Couch to 10K group is designed especially for women who are starting from scratch or returning after a long break. No experience needed, no pace expectations—just a friendly, encouraging space to build confidence and fitness at your own speed.
This 12-week structured programme starts with walk/run intervals and gradually builds you up step by step, helping you progress safely and comfortably all the way to completing 10K. The programme leads directly into the Plymouth Running Festival on 17 May, giving you a clear, achievable goal and something exciting to work towards—together.
