Welcome to Run-Forest-Run

Running is a great way to improve your physical and mental health. We will help you start running if you are a beginner, or re-start if you are a returner.

Join us for Couch to 5k if you are a beginner.   5-10 k group for improvers and Comfy around 10 if you want to go further and faster

We  run three times a week - Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays, either  from our base at St John's Cricket Club, Cinderford, or from various points around the Forest.
