Ryland Runners

We're in Summer training mode now. Our meeting place on a Tuesday is the Ryland Centre track at 6.30am.  Thursday evenings we meet in and around Bromsgrove to make the most of lighter evenings. Adventures to be posted weekly on RunTogether and our Facebook page. During this time please check the location of the session, as it will be different each week.

We also have a Facebook group with information about our sessions.  There is a voluntary contribution of £2 for the week, whether you participate in 1 or 2 sessions.

Both sessions are suitable for all abilities, no one gets left behind.  Faster runners will end up covering more distance.  All we ask is that you've got the ability to run a continuous 5K, doesn't matter how quick you are.  We've got 6 minute milers and we've got 12 minute milers - we all support each other.
