SWAC Run Club

SWAC Run Club is a newly reincarnated  Wednesday night running group affiliated to Southport Waterloo Athletics Club. 

From 7th April we will be offering training session at 6.30 on Wednesday nights in Southport, run by our newly LiRF qualified run leaders Helen, Mari and Michelle.  Meeting point Ocean Plaza under the bridge opposite Macdonalds, alternate weeks with Ainsdale Station Carpark.
