South Normanton Jog Club

Welcome to South Normanton Jog Club

We meet on a Monday & Wednesday evening at 6PM on the Broadmeadows Recreation Ground, Lea Vale Road, South Normanton. Car Parking and Toilets facilities are available by kind permission of the Boundary Pub Management team.

We are a new group that has recently set up in the area to provide a much needed service to the local community. The main aim is to introduce the joys and benefits of jogging. The group is open to anyone from the age of 18+ 

The Group have  just finished their Couch to 5K training and are now looking forward to developing their potential and building on the strong foundation that they have achieved over the past 10 weeks.

Of course the Group will always welcome people of all abilities and there will be opportunties for another Couch to 5K in the future.

Come and join us, Give it  try out, Not only is running good for your physical health, but also your mental well-being, It is great for social interaction making new friends and becoming part of your local community.

We are a very warm, welcoming group that will encourage and assist you to achieve your aim in becoming a healthy, more confidence individual whilst having some enjoyment along the way
