Couch to 5K
Want to start running or are returning to running after a length of time? Want to get fitter, be surrounded by like minded people make new friends? Want to be supported by England Athletics affiliated run leaders?
Then our 8 week Couch to 5K programme is just for you.
- Cost: £25
- When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15pm -7:30pm
- Where: Globe Inn car park, High Street, Standish
- Graduation certificate and award for everyone completing the course
Our next course starts Tuesday 3rd February 2026. Places are limited and do get snapped up very quickly.
