Every Sunday 9 am at Castle Hill Community Centre, Castle Hill Ebbsfleet.
This is part of an event called Sunday Active - which is open to anyone.
We usually go for a 5km run

Every Thursday evenings 6:30pm at Castle Hill Community Centre, Castle Hill, Ebbsfleet.
On Thursdays we usually do running exercises that help us to improve our running fitness.
