Tempest Running Club

We’re a friendly, welcoming running community based on the stunning Durham coast. Whether you’re taking your first steps in running, training for a parkrun, or chasing a marathon PB, you’ll find encouragement, support and friendship here. 

Our club is proud to be affiliated with England Athletics, giving our members access to a wide network of opportunities if they choose. If you want to run with the club but not become an EAA member, you have that option too. 

Come along for a run – the first few sessions are free, so you can see if we’re the right fit for you!
