Wigton Road Runners

Wigton Road Runners is a small running club that caters for all abilities.

Invariably we have 2 groups out running each club night all with an aim, whether it's starting running or aiming to do a 10K or maybe even a half marathon.

We run a Couch to 5K programme in Spring each year and quite often those who join the club go on and do the 10K training or half marathon.

During the summer some of our runners go and run in the fells which are only 7 miles away.

We meet every Tuesday & Thursday in the car park at Belle Vue Vets, Syke Rd, Wigton.
