Our Runs

We request all new members are comfortable running/jogging 3-5km before signing up.

All sessions include 

  1. Registration and briefing of session plan
  2. Warm up
  3. Follow a pre-planned route 
  4. Cool down and post run stretch

Important Reminders

•Please book via RunTogether. Names and numbers are tracked on RunTogether 

•Wear something bright and reflective for evening runs

•Be prepared to make aside for other pedestrians
