| This league based competition offers an opportunity for the runners to partake in a variety of specially selected events throughout 2025 with their best 6 results across those events being counted. | The parkrun Knockout competition starts with 32 Flyers in Round 1. Each Flyer is drawn against one other with the faster runner receiving a handicap. | The parkrun League runs over 8 months and 8 different parkrun venues with your best 5 results to count. |
