LinguaRun Consett

Welcome to LinguaRun Consett™! My name is Kim Davis and I am your Run Leader and the driving force behind the LinguaRun movement.  As well as offering coached sessions, I am working hard to create a fully inclusive community for running enthusiasts and language learners of all ages, paces and abilities.  Interested?

The beauty of solo running is that it is free and flexible and that you can set off on a run with zero pre-planning. That being said, running with a group has many benefits, providing support and structure at times when motivation might otherwise be lacking. Sometimes a pre-arranged session or even a race can be a way of keeping yourself on track.

At my language school in Consett, the social side of learning is hugely important to me. By setting up this organised ‘RunTogether’ LinguaRun™ group, I hope to provide another way for people to come together and feel part of something.  My aim is simply for my 'Linguarunners' to feel involved in a joint project where we support each other and enjoy meeting up to run, talk and connect.
