Lead run leader

I’ve been passionate about running since I was 13, competing at County level in the 100m and 200m, and continued competing through my early 20s. After taking a break, I returned to running with a new focus — tackling longer distances from 5K up to the half marathon. My love for running inspired me to give back to the community, so in 2019 I qualified as a Run Leader through UK Athletics (LiRF) and have been leading training sessions with my local club, Human Energy AC, ever since. As my journey evolved, I pursued a career helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, becoming a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. Since late 2021, I’ve been guiding people to reach their personal bests, whether through one-on-one coaching, Couch to 5K programs, or improvers sessions for those ready to push themselves a little further. Running and fitness have taught me the power of perseverance, consistency, and community — and I’m passionate about sharing that with every runner and every client I work with. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming higher than ever before, I’m here to help you take that next step.
