Our 6-Week Return to Running Course is perfect for anyone who’s lost their mojo, taken a break, or is coming back from injury. If you’ve been active and can currently run for at least 6 minutes continuously, this friendly, confidence-boosting group is for you!
Across 6 supportive weeks, we’ll help you rebuild strength, rhythm, and joy in your running. Your intervals will gradually increase, while the walking recoveries gently decrease — guiding you step-by-step until you’re confidently running 30 minutes without stopping.
Open to ages 18+. The full course is just £12, and spaces are limited, so pre-booking is essential.
