Our Weekly Sessions

 Our Structured Tuesday sessions are designed to improve your speed, endurance and overall performance. 

These sessions include a mix of interval training, tempo runs and technique drills, all tailored to accommodate different fitness level

Our Social Thursday sessions are all about bringing our members together, whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting your running journey.  Sessions start with a group warm up then we set off for a group run.  Sessions are usually 30-40 minutes.  Join us for a casual and chatty group run!
