Running with DMotR
Mondays
We offer a two options each Monday morning in term time. Each week there's an all-ability track session so you can work at your own pace. This session is designed to stretch experienced runners but will also work for you if you've just started running and want to improve. We also offer a post-natal group which combines running and post-natal specific strength and conditioning. Bring your little ones in their buggies!
Thursdays
We also meet on a Thursday evening at Durham Amateur Rowing club and each week there will be different run options, suitable for all pace groups. These will be posted in our Facebook group. Please note: Thursday runs go 'live' for booking on Wednesday evenings each week so won't show here until then!
