Run With Hart

Welcome to Run With Hart! I'm Josie, an England Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness passionate about all things running. 

I offer both group and 1-2-1 coaching, with you, the indivudual, at the centre of everything.

I also coach a women's running group, meeting weekly on a Tuesday evening, and have a 0-5km course beginning in mid-January on a Saturday morning, both in Fordham Park in South London.

I also specialise in bespoke training plans that help structure your training around your life, not the other way around. We'll work together in ways that suit your goals, needs and lifestyle, to help you enjoy your training, and feel confident in your running.

My aim is to build a community that inspires, celebrates, and encourages each other every step of the way. It might start with running, but who knows where it could lead you. 

I’m excited about helping you achieve more than you thought possible. And yes, it can start with running. But it definitely doesn't end there. 

 

 

The Tuesday Runs are structured sessions to build stamina and endurance,  and are open to women who can run for 20 mins without stopping.

We welcome a range of abilities, and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. The sessions are scalable and adaptable to suit your goals. Whether you've just completed your first 5k, want to get a bit faster, or are training for a longer distance goal or race, you are so welcome!
