Training Plans and 1-2-1 Coaching

Are you looking for more indivudual support, a training plan for a particular event, or some personalised coaching? Let's see if I can help!

 

I offer bespoke training, developed around your individual circumstances and lifestyle. No cookie cutter plans here, we'll sit down, dig into the nitty gritty, and I'll create something made specifically for you.

 

However we work together 1-on-1, rest assured, you will always be at the centre, and I'll be on hand to help you enjoy your training, and feel confident in your running.

 

If you've run with me before, you'll probably have heard me say "We are humans, not machines."

 

I carry this ethos into my coaching, and encourage you to tune into how your running feels, and to focus on your effort levels, rather than fixating on pace. I encourage you to run for time rather than distance, and not to always be a slave to the data.

 

Every one of us is an individual, and your training plan should reflect that.

 

1-2-1 Coaching

£65 pcm, rolling monthly

We'll start with a consultation call so I can get to know you, your history, your goals, your hopes, what you want to achieve and more. 

You’ll get a custom training plan (written by me, no bots here!), designed around your goals and lifestyle, and delivered through an easy online platform. I’ll be just a WhatsApp message away whenever you need support, and we’ll catch up each month with a quick check-in. I’ll also tweak your plan as needed, to make it sustainable around your life, family, work, health, or anything else you've got going on. I'm a huge believer in structuring and programming your training so it fits around your life, and working 1-2-1 means we tailor everything to suit your lifestyle and desires. 

 

 

8 Week Training Plan

 £50 per 8 week block

If you're confident with a little less support, or training for a particular race, this one could be for you. 

After a consultation call or meeting, as above, the programme will be delivered  online and via an app in 4 week-blocks. We'll check in each 4 weeks and reflect on the previous month, and based on your feedback, amend the plan as needed. 

Support availbale via the app. 

8 week minimum term, can be structured to fit a race build up, or around other goals.

In Person Coaching Sessions

£45 per hour

1-2-1 run coaching session gives you indivudal and personal guidance, and real-time feedback on your technique. It’s a great way to improve form, stay motivated, efficient, and build confidence. It's tailored exactly to you - even down to how you're feeling that day. 

 

Coaching Call

£25  (45 min call/meet)
