The Tuesday Run sessions are stand alone 60 minute sessions, every Tuesday evening, which will build stamina and endurance, and introduce some different effort levels to your running.
This session is open to women who can run for 20 mins, there is no set pace, and we welcome every ability. Each session is adaptable and scalable to suit your goals, whether it’s simply to turn up and complete the session, or you’re training for something more specific, or have a more technical focus, this session is suitable for you.
